This application (the “Service”) automatically replies to Instagram and TikTok direct messages and comments using artificial intelligence.
Data we process: the text of incoming messages and comments, images sent in messages, and the sender's Instagram ID — solely to generate and send an appropriate reply. Message text is sent to the Google Gemini API to generate responses. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Only the active prompt text is stored in our database; incoming message content is not stored permanently.
Third parties: Meta / Instagram Platform, TikTok for Business API and Google Gemini.
TikTok data: if you connect a TikTok Business account, we access the following data through the official TikTok for Business APIs, only after you authorize our app via TikTok login: basic account information (account ID, display name, profile image); your videos and the comments on them; direct messages sent to your business account and the sender's TikTok user ID; and basic account insights (views, likes, comments, followers). We use this data solely to generate and send replies to messages and comments on your behalf, according to the prompt you configure, and to show you statistics in your dashboard. Message and comment content is sent to Google Gemini only to generate a reply and is not stored permanently. We do not sell, rent or share TikTok data with third parties, and we do not use it to train AI models. Access tokens are deleted when you disconnect your account; you can also revoke access at any time in the TikTok app (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions). TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
Data deletion: email [email protected] (or contact the Instagram account brandroom.az) to request deletion; requests are completed within 30 days. Disconnecting the account from the app stops all automated replies immediately.
